This past Thursday, Mason's 5th grade class presented their annual performance. This year's show was a tribute to all the efforts surrounding WWII; the show took place in 1945.
In a creative collage, entertainers sang songs for the troops, soldiers demonstrated the grueling demands of war, woman riveted airplanes together, and radio served as the medium to tie everyone together.
Mason had a large role, playing Bing Crosby, and singing Blue Skies with another actor who portrayed Bob Hope. Mason did a wonderful job, and surprised everyone with his singing ability.
As is the case every year, the show was wonderful.
